Product Return Policy

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Customers/Distributors must contact Global Victors within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Reason for return/exchange must be provided.
  • Original customer order receipt copy/invoice must accompany the return.
  • Products must be returned.

Responsibility:

  • Distributors are responsible for managing customer returns and meeting their refund or replacement needs.
  • Distributors return products with the original invoice to Global Victors.

Resolution:

  • Global Victors will replace products at no charge or issue a cash voucher of equivalent value for future purchases.

  • Completed Product Return Form
  • Reason for Return
  • Copy of Invoice
  • Products to be Returned

Buy Back Policy

Conditions for Buy Back:

  • Applicable when distributors resign from their distributorship with Global Victors.
  • Products must be in good condition, usable, resaleable, unopened, unaltered, and have a shelf life of at least four months.

Refund Calculation:

  • Refund amount equals the distributor's cost of the returned products, minus total bonuses paid by Global Victors, minus 13% VAT, minus shipping charge, minus 10% service charge.
  • Refunds must be processed within 30 days from the purchase/order date, no refund will be provided after 30 days from purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Procedure:

  • To cancel a confirmed/placed order, contact Global Victors through our official phone number or email available on website.

Order Cancellation Policy – Global Victors (GV)

Purpose

To maintain smooth order processing and stock management, Global Victors has implemented the following order cancellation rule.

Policy Statement

All orders placed through GV’s system must be paid within 7 (seven) days of the order date.

If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Once cancelled, the order will need to be replaced manually if the customer still wishes to purchase the product.

GV reserves the right to release or reassign the stock to other customers after cancellation.
