Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and typically range between NPR 100 to NPR 700.
  2. Free shipping is applicable on select promotions and will be informed in advance.

Shipping Time

  1. Inside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
  2. Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
  3. Remote Locations: Delivery within 7-8 business days.

International Shipping

  1. Global Victors offers international shipping, but it requires prior notification from the GBO.
  2. International orders are processed separately, and shipping costs will vary based on the destination and current courier rates.

Order Tracking

  1. A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
  2. Tracking updates can be accessed through the designated courier’s website.

Damaged or Missing Items

  1. Customers should record a video while unboxing products to serve as proof in case of damaged or missing items.
  2. Any issues should be reported to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Failed Delivery

  1. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to the warehouse.
  2. Re-delivery charges may apply.
