Global Victors (GV) is committed to fostering a professional, ethical, and inclusive environment. The following guidelines are mandatory for all members to ensure mutual respect, integrity, and sustainable growth.

Ethical Standards and Guidelines

1. Integrity and Honesty

  • Act with integrity in all business dealings.
  • Avoid spreading misinformation or making false claims about products or opportunities.

Consequence: Dishonest behavior will result in immediate ID suspension. Repeated offenses will lead to permanent termination.

2. Respect for Team Members

  • Treat every team member with fairness and respect, regardless of rank or performance.
  • Maintain a supportive, harassment-free, and inclusive environment.

Consequence: Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or discrimination will result in warnings, escalating to ID suspension or termination.

3. No Money Lending or Borrowing

  • Financial dealings within the team, such as lending or borrowing money, are strictly prohibited.

Consequence: Violations will result in ID suspension and investigation, with repeated violations leading to membership termination.

4. Relationships and Dating Policy

At Global Victors, we prioritize stability, professionalism, and long-term growth. To maintain a focused and distraction-free business environment, we are implementing the following policy:

- No Business Partnerships Between Unmarried Couples (Same Downline & Crossline)

  • Team members cannot recruit or work together in the same downline or crossline as boyfriend/girlfriend.
  • Personal relationships can lead to emotional distractions, conflicts, and instability, impacting business growth.
  • In case of breakups, it often results in one or both partners losing focus or quitting, disrupting the team structure.

- Married Couples Exception

  • Married couples may work together as a team under Global Victors.
  • A legally committed partnership aligns better with long-term business goals and stability.

This rule is in place to protect your business, your team, and the overall growth of Global Victors. We encourage everyone to build their teams strategically and maintain a professional approach to business.

  • Romantic relationships between team members formed after joining GV are discouraged to maintain professionalism.
  • Pre-existing relationships before joining GV are acceptable as long as they do not disrupt business or team dynamics.

5. Commitment to Learning and Growth

  • Engage in continuous learning, training, and personal development activities.
  • Actively participate in company events, meetings, and initiatives.

Consequence: Failure to participate in training or personal development may result in exclusion from team opportunities or demotion.

6. Confidentiality

  • Protect all confidential company information, including strategies, product formulas, and personal data.

Consequence: Breach of confidentiality will lead to immediate membership termination and potential legal action.

7. Social Media Conduct

  • Represent GV positively on social media platforms.
  • Avoid making negative or defamatory remarks about the company, products, or team members.

Consequence: Violations will result in warnings for minor offenses and ID suspension or termination for repeated or severe breaches.

8. Conflict Resolution

  • Report any disputes or grievances to your upline or designated support team for resolution.
  • Avoid public conflicts or unprofessional behavior.

Consequence: Unresolved or escalated conflicts may result in temporary suspension while the issue is investigated.

9. Proper Use of Resources

  • Use company-provided tools and information solely for GV-related activities.
  • Avoid misuse of intellectual property or materials.

Consequence: Misuse of resources will result in ID suspension, with potential termination for repeated violations.

10. Legal Compliance

  • Follow all local laws and regulations related to direct selling, marketing, and e-commerce practices.
  • Ensure product claims comply with regulatory standards.

Consequence: Non-compliance will lead to immediate suspension and potential legal action.

11. Consequences for Violations

To maintain fairness and order, GV enforces the following measures for violations:

Warning:

  • A verbal or written warning will be issued for minor infractions.

ID Suspension:

  • Membership ID will be temporarily suspended for serious violations. During this period, all benefits, commissions, and privileges will be withheld.

Membership Termination:

  • For repeated or severe violations, membership will be permanently terminated. This includes losing access to all GV resources, commissions, and opportunities.

Permanent Blacklisting:

  • Members involved in fraud, confidentiality breaches, or severe ethical violations will be permanently blacklisted from GV and prohibited from rejoining.

12. Recognition and Rewards

GV believes in acknowledging members who demonstrate exemplary conduct and contribute positively to the organization.

  • Members consistently adhering to the code will be considered for leadership roles, public recognition, and special incentives.
Policy on Team Poaching

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to ensure fairness, discipline, and respect among all team members and leaders within Global Victors (GV). To maintain a healthy work culture and protect the growth of every individual and team, poaching of members from one team to another is strictly prohibited.

Policy Statement

Team poaching is completely forbidden within GV.

Once a person joins GV through a Sponsor ID and gets registered, their placement is final and non-transferable.

No leader, staff, or distributor is allowed to directly or indirectly approach, influence, or convince members of another team to leave their team and join another.

Any form of manipulation, offering incentives, or false promises to attract members from one team to another is considered a serious violation of company ethics.

Disciplinary Actions

Violation of this policy will lead to:

First Offense: Written warning and counseling.

Second Offense: Suspension of leadership privileges and commissions for a defined period.

Final Offense: Termination of contract/association with GV.
